Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own website?
Yes. Add a “Book” button to your website that takes people to your Uelta shop. The shop carries your logo and colours.
What if the customer wants to change the date?
If you allow it on the product, they change it themselves from their account, within the notice period and number of changes you decide.
Can I pause online sales for a while?
Yes, with maintenance mode: the shop stays visible, but bookings are disabled and your phone number is shown.
