Frequently asked questions
Does each employee need an account?
Yes. With their account each person sees their record, requests holidays, signs protocols and clocks in. They can sign in with their email or their phone number.
Who can see salaries and documents?
Only people with permission to manage staff. The permission to view the team does not show ID documents, bank accounts or salaries.
Can I publish job offers?
Yes. You get a jobs page, and applications arrive with their CV in the candidates list in your panel.
