Each venue prepares its weekly order and head office sends it to each supplier. On arrival, goods are received with the delivery note and a signature; suppliers see their orders in their portal and you know what is still to be paid.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with a single venue?
Yes. Without a head office (HQ), the venue itself manages its catalogue, suppliers and orders.
Does the supplier need to install anything?
No. They receive orders by email and, if you invite them, open their portal in the browser.
What about things that cannot wait until next week?
Besides the weekly order there are urgent orders, which follow the same sending and receiving steps.
